You will be given a grand tour of the site and an in-depth introduction to the history of cheese making and the many processes involved in churning out award winning cheese.

Yes! Harvey and Brockless are award winning cheese makers, providing cheeses to many of the top hotels and restaurants in the country, holding £4 million worth of stock at any one time.

Be prepared to get maxed out on the many varieties of cheese they have on offer. During your tour you will see how some of the cheeses are made, stored and even made ready for sale, with techniques such grating, slicing and portioning in large quantities.
