Housekeeping Apprentice at The Ritz London, wins HHH Award

Holly Langan, housekeeping apprentice at The Ritz London, has been named ‘Apprentice of the Year’ at the prestigious Hotel Housekeeping Honors Awards.

Langan, who also recently picked up the Purple Umbrella Award at the Umbrella Training awards, was named as the UK’s most inspiring apprentice for her work at the iconic hotel in London’s Mayfair.

Presented to her in front of some of the highest profile names in the sector, Langan was awarded the title of Housekeeping Apprentice of the Year.Held at the Park Plaza Riverbank, the awards recognise companies, individuals, services and products that stand out from the crowd, showcase exceptional industry professionalism and customer service, and demonstrate innovations and initiatives that make every guest experience special.

Langan completed her apprenticeship with Umbrella Training and gained a distinction grade at her end point assessment due to the contribution she made of her business improvement project.
