Learning & Development Consultant and Operations/Departmental Manager

The L&D Consultant/Business Partner Apprenticeship is designed to develop the professional standard required of people working as L&D Consultants / Business Partners in organisations across the private, public and third sector.

The Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship will develop your ability to effectively lead teams, manage project and achieve high level objectives in line with business strategy. As we come out of lockdown and start to reopen hospitality, new skills will be needed on how to initiate and manage change by identifying barriers and working on the ways to overcome these.

These apprenticeships will give your leaders the knowledge, skills and behaviours to get your business open and thriving again. This July, two new apprenticeship open cohorts are starting, and you still have time to sign up learners to meaningful hospitality and management apprenticeships.
