Umbrella Training Ltd | Covid-19 Business Assurance Statement

We appreciate your company’s need of assurance from suppliers for business during and post- COVID 19 and have therefore put together a business assurance statement.

While it hasn’t been “business as usual” during this challenging period, we have been able to maintain our ongoing service throughout, continuing to work with apprentices and business partners and our team are always on hand to assist with your enquires. As lockdown restrictions begin to be lifted, we continue to review our situation and ensure the safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.

We thank you all for your patience and would like to reassure you that we at Umbrella Training Ltd are fully committed to meet the needs of our clients and apprentices. We are continually monitoring developments to ensure our company remains open and where possible fully operational, providing you with continued expert advice and the best possible support.

Umbrella Trainings office is now open supporting all stakeholders. From Monday 1st September we will start to return to face to face delivery only under the strictest safety measures and where requested.

I am pleased to be able to say that we have been able to continue working with all apprentices with some amazing results such as achievements and progression. Next year’s awards will be a phenomenon - we are sure of that!

Our team will be able to provide you with specific details of availability and forward appointments – please contact me directly if you prefer this.

We are also continuing to expand our provision in line with customer demand and with the impact of COVID 19 in mind we have developed new delivery models and on line systems to support all stakeholders. 

If another lockdown occurs, we guarantee to continue our work with your apprentices and with all our business partners and we also guarantee our high levels of communication and delivery throughout.
