Umbrella Training is launching a new culinary school to provide apprentices with access to a professional kitchen environment and further learning and development opportunities.
Launching this month, the Umbrella Training Culinary School will be based at Lakefield Hospitality College in London, and will host a series of apprenticeship clubs and masterclasses where aspiring chefs can develop their skills and knowledge alongside a 12-month apprenticeship programme.
